Welcome to the Communei Resident App, a tailor-made, feature-rich, user-friendly, and integrated community management application for residents. The Communei Resident App is an advanced, multi-functional application designed to help residents simplify and manage community living. The app comes with built-in, interactive features to help residents stay connected, track visitors/vehicles, raise alerts/complaints, and manage all aspects of the community including communication, security, emergencies, and society maintenance and accounting.
The Communei Resident App allows residents to enhance security by tracking and ensuring authorized entry for all visitors including cabs, domestic help, vendors, and maintenance personnel 24/7. The app is equipped with communication features that allow residents and the community management to communicate on all aspects including upkeep, amenities bookings, meetings, events, feedback, complaints, and issues.
Visitor Management
This function allows residents to invite guests including family, friends, and others with pre-approved entry. Residents can send out invites through the app and the guests will receive an SMS with the invitation and unique passcode. Guests can gain entry by simply showing the passcode at the gate instead of stepping out of the vehicle and walking up to the gate to sign in the register.
Delivery Management
This function allows residents to add an entry for home/gate delivery. One can add ‘single entry’ or ‘multiple entries’ for the delivery as required. Each entry will have a validity period following which, the delivery will not be allowed. Specific/expected time can be assigned for the delivery and instructions for doorstep or gate delivery can also be included. With multiple entries, deliveries can be done all through the day without time restrictions. This function ensures enhanced security and safety with check-in/drop-off/decline instructions and pre-entry temperature check and sanitization at the gate.
Daily Helpers
This function allows residents to manage requirements related to daily help (maid, cook, driver, electrician, plumber, etc.) Residents can hire domestic help after viewing their ratings and comments. This function allows residents to track the daily help; the maid or chef may have arrived and is in the apartment complex but is yet to visit the resident’s unit.
